Pros
* On a personality level, the people underneath the Company Leaders are down to earth and all know the place has problems. They are trying their best. They all understand the situation and that's why they're all leaving. Especially in IT. * This is a great place for sheep that don't want to get anywhere in life and prefer to just stagnate.
Cons
LEADERSHIP: * The majority are a joke. (Everyone knows who the good ones are. They work the most and achieve the most.) * These people can't even get simple organization right. It's like an retirement home that's running the place. * Not modern at all and lack real experience with engineering. * Nothing is up to date. * Management is using contractors to do all of the real work and leaving people with high Titles stuck with Support. * There are little to few people left and can't hire anyone local because they won't fall for the trap. * This company does not care about human life. Whatsoever. Anything they preach, it's a lie. If they did care, they would change. * The leaders are too busy fighting instead of working together. Especially with Security. * The company fragments itself and fights within those fragments. * All decisions are based on money and not the future of Healthcare SECURITY: * This has been the perfect example of what NOT to do in a company this big * They lock down access so hard that it impacts productivity company wide. * They don't do much work, They call themselves "Governance and Compliance" * Security leaders who let the company get hacked years ago are still there... They are also not playing nice with the rest of the company. PAY & Job Security: * They will undercut you any chance they get and yet they hire contractors at a higher price to do the real work..... ????? * They are having layoffs and the real numbers aren't even getting hit in the media.
