Business Outlook
Pros
Depends on what department you end up in. The company is not bad overall and has some good points. You can get a lot of experience in the healthcare industry. The office is kept nicely. I think there are many opportunities to move within the company. Good work life balance. The culture is good also.
Cons
The PTO time is not so good in our department, only 3hrs accrued every two weeks. Medical benefits are expensive. Dental and Vision are good. They seem not to be in line with what is standard among other large corporations.
