Those that like to work and do a great job are often overworked not only by top leadership but by other team members. * growth opportunities are amazing *depending on your role you may get overworked * they have not learned how to make sure employees stay happy and content. * there is not work from home options for supervisors and Managers unless they just take their laptops home to finish up work that they couldn’t get to or you are required to do and it is expected to put in the hours by top leadership. * most supervisors and managers are underpaid according to the amount of work required to do and the hours they put in doing that work
