Extensive experience rapidly developed due to fast pace and volume of work. Ability to meet many people across the country and develop a broad network of colleagues.
Cons
Staffing was primarily consulting resources with very few permanent CHS resources. Leadership was chaotic, not kind and work hours per week was excessive with 80 hours per week being the norm.
