Pros
Most of my Co worker's are kind and truly concerned about the patients. Eventually will purchase items needed to assist pt's and safety.
Cons
Us and them attitude between nursing and therapy. Takes a lot of complaining to get the tools to do my job correctly. Have reduced benefits. No reimbursement for any continuing education and no in house education except for nursing staff.
