Can't think of one good thing about working for CHS. Previously worked for HMA until bought out by CHS
Cons
Management are total idiots. CNO micromanages. Short staffed. Tries to accept patients they know that we can't appropriately care for such as trauma patients, patients such as neuro bc we don't have that discipline on staff.
