Cons
When an employee is at the top of their pay range, no more pay raises will be issued. The pay raises that were in place barely covered inflation. Now, we need to deal with higher cost of living on our own!! Also, management is forcing employees to take time off--even if it means they go without pay. More ways of shafting the employees.
