      Great medical benefits. Decent pay.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management levels. Lack of support from corporate headquarters. The feeling of being non-appreciated/insignificant. Everything is about the bottom line, which in the health care industry is the wrong focus. It should be taking care of patients.
