Leaders fail up in this company. blanket performance metrics assigned to vastly divergent roles no point of reference or standard operating procedures to guide performance Management practice "hands on" oversight, "hands off" assistance Literally NO career path, employee development or potential for increased pay other than 2% annual. Waited 5 years for performance metric standards for level 2 position upgrade. Never happened. They kept advising they did not have conclusive data to create anything other than a level 1 role(same as a new hire) role.
