Pros
Stable environment once an acquisition has been completed. Corporate discount partners for things like education (Drexel University) as well as ticket and entertainment providers.
Cons
Lack of hours as a per diem employee. There is little to no interest in actual employee satisfaction. Almost no capital equipment investments of value resulting in aging equipment.
