fun work environment (sometimes) , clean hospital and never short supplies
Cons
Management is not fair at all. Your complaints about rude or hostile work environments will most likely never go anywhere and no one will ever do anything about it. Managers praise nurses and aides who do nothing and are extremely rude. Pay is ridiculously low for the workload you are given with absolutely no help from fellow aides or nurses. Everyone just cares about themselves and there is absolutely no teamwork at all.
