Pros
There are some awesome people to work with in any dept. Everyone seems to realize the hospital works better as a care team from maintence, house keeping, dietary, to the floor nursing staff.
Cons
They are trying to staff the hospital but as soon as someone is hired someone else leaves there is a pretty rough turn over rate. Some management that does not help as much as they could.
