Pros

Great benefits and great compensation; company values are very progressive and ahead of the curb. A pleasant working environment

Cons

Too new to really list a ton of cons. I would say that they have a retention problem among providers. Also, there seem to be problems with equipment. Centers are not adequately supplied with best possible equipment. Training manuals for staff would be great when they are new and formal setup for training.

-Clinics are clean and have an overall calm energy. -You get to work directly with underserved populations. -One day remote per week. -Training opportunities (but come with time worked requirements). -Good salary compared to other community mental health clinics.

Cons

-BHTs are expected to schedule 40 patients a week. -Every open slot has to be filled, or it will be filled for you via the MOS or screener. -Only 90 mins of admin time alotted per week. -Sessions are booked back to back all day. -Upper management constantly pushes productivity requirements despite majority of clinician’s feeling burnt out. -Many offices are very small and without windows. This can become a problem when sitting there for the entire day seeing patients back to back.
