Could be good, but the CEO is out of touch. - Anonymous employee Community Healthcare Network Employee Review

Pros

Some competent and motivated coworkers/teammates (some are lazy) and ability to grow.

Cons

The CEO is in desperate need of leadership and diversity and inclusion training. His microaggressions are so evident, but no one will ever call him out on it because he’s the CEO. He is also the least motivating and empowering “leader” as well. He knows how to push people only by degrading them and questioning their competence.

Pros

-Clinics are clean and have an overall calm energy. -You get to work directly with underserved populations. -One day remote per week. -Training opportunities (but come with time worked requirements). -Good salary compared to other community mental health clinics.

Cons

-BHTs are expected to schedule 40 patients a week. -Every open slot has to be filled, or it will be filled for you via the MOS or screener. -Only 90 mins of admin time alotted per week. -Sessions are booked back to back all day. -Upper management constantly pushes productivity requirements despite majority of clinician’s feeling burnt out. -Many offices are very small and without windows. This can become a problem when sitting there for the entire day seeing patients back to back.
