Pros

Great population, good health insurance, and 1199 benefits

Cons

Organization has become a bit neglectful in many areas. Huge turnovers rates right now. Company is in a deficit due to not doing video visits during the pandemic and they just laid off 14 admin positions and are planning not to hire in certain areas. Company could care less about retention and its a bit unsettling. Could be so much better.

Pros

-Clinics are clean and have an overall calm energy. -You get to work directly with underserved populations. -One day remote per week. -Training opportunities (but come with time worked requirements). -Good salary compared to other community mental health clinics.

Cons

-BHTs are expected to schedule 40 patients a week. -Every open slot has to be filled, or it will be filled for you via the MOS or screener. -Only 90 mins of admin time alotted per week. -Sessions are booked back to back all day. -Upper management constantly pushes productivity requirements despite majority of clinician’s feeling burnt out. -Many offices are very small and without windows. This can become a problem when sitting there for the entire day seeing patients back to back.
