Pros

They are always looking to improve. Happy environment. Benefits such as, stocked fridge,lunch every other week, 15 paid holidays in addition to 5 personal and 5 vacation days. Decent pay.

Cons

Company is growing at such a fast pace that they can't keep up. High turnover, due to individuals leaving on their own. Yet, they don't fire often if at all, especially those that should be fired. Raises come few and meager.

They have a lot of work if you want it, but they will not force you to take a job that you do not feel comfortable performing.

Cons

The coordinators change fairly often, so developing a relationship with the person before someone else takes over is difficult. It's not a major issue, I guess. The other minor problem is that the office closes at 1 p.m. every Friday and for multiple days around some Jewish holidays. You can get a call back 24/7 if you need one and you request an urgent callback, for example. All calls get returned.
