Pros

The pay was good and milage pay was great as well. I really liked the clients and some of the office staff

Cons

They are not willing to work with you in case of an emergency. Some unprofessional management. Wishy washy with the protocol. They bent it when it benefits them.

They have a lot of work if you want it, but they will not force you to take a job that you do not feel comfortable performing.

Cons

The coordinators change fairly often, so developing a relationship with the person before someone else takes over is difficult. It's not a major issue, I guess. The other minor problem is that the office closes at 1 p.m. every Friday and for multiple days around some Jewish holidays. You can get a call back 24/7 if you need one and you request an urgent callback, for example. All calls get returned.
