living in MA is unaffordable so all nonprofit work can be challenging in affordability in MA

Depending on the supervisor, it can be a pretty laid back work environment. People are friendly for the most part and very collaborative in work.

Not a lot of resources, you don't gain a lot of hard skills. No access to many commonly used software systems.
