It’s a good job especially for entry level people looking to enter the workforce. It’s also nice being able to make a difference in our participant’s lives.

Some rude and demanding participants to deal with sometimes.

Maureen Clark is the greatest at setting a positive work environment, and in dealing with "issues" quickly and positively!

Cons

The pay was rather low for the jobs performed.

Schedule and benefits the Monday thru Friday schedule allows me to spend a lot of time with my kids and their activities

Cons

Seems to be a lot of turn over at the supervisor level
