My supervisor was very helpful and very attentive to any questions I had.

Cons

New hire training was a bit tricky, I know it's covid time, but giving someone a laptop and have them figure it out on their own or expected to know everything it isn't realistic. You're just given so many clients at first it can be overwhelming. By the second week you'll probably have 12 clients and each week you're given a new one. You're set to work 8 hours daily but with the amount of clients you have to check on, driving and then writing notes. Daily you're doing more than 8.
