      Pros

      They purchased our hospital a while back so, our hospital itself is great! Love our team, clients, and dvms

      Cons

      Corporate doesn't communicate even though they have (literally) a communication team. Things are done last minute and it's been difficult to thrive without having clear guidance and help/support. Very corporate mentality as opposed to doing what's best for the clients and pets. (and staff) I'm sure that the other hospitals that have been acquired by this corporation deals with the same things.

      Pros

      The people at CVP make work enjoyable. There's something about animal lovers coming together to support hospitals that draws incredible people. It's a fast paced environment, which I really like. And it's growing so there's always something new and interesting to do.

      Cons

      We're still small in the support center, which is a good thing given the focus on providing care at the hospitals, but it can feel chaotic at times. You need to be ok with working through ambiguity.
