Pros

was able to get a pay raise coming from private practice and the days I wanted to work (however see cons)

Cons

-After transition very bottom line focused -Kept telling us they couldn't afford to give us yearly raises but all upper management got paid to go on a "work conference" in Orlando Florida (all paid for by the company including tickets) -very very poor communication between company, management, front desk, and techs -lots of price hikes and poor communication with long established clients -very understaffed and lot of overtime while being told to not get overtime, often having to work your scheduled days off -too loose with scheduling- often times let many people have off at the same time and left 1 or 2 people working by themselves -management would not deal with very toxic behavior of employees and Dr's - told to just ignore them even when it was directed at other staff or OWNER'S -did not give full raises when given a new role (ex. shift lead)

Pros

The people at CVP make work enjoyable. There's something about animal lovers coming together to support hospitals that draws incredible people. It's a fast paced environment, which I really like. And it's growing so there's always something new and interesting to do.

Cons

We're still small in the support center, which is a good thing given the focus on providing care at the hospitals, but it can feel chaotic at times. You need to be ok with working through ambiguity.
