Pros
Tech centric company with good developers, living off high growth from previous Dell OEM agreement, which has since stalled.
Cons
Toxic management culture which percolates down from the HQ in NJ. Trapped in the transition from on premise offering towards XaaS, and losing out to Veeam and other more agile cloud providers. Primitive channel in the UK with a small number of productive partners. Passive aggressive behaviour abounds with real business changes stifled by the old guard
