9yIt sounds like you are very frustrated. Our culture and shared values include passion, respect, and integrity which is why your comments concern me. Your experience at Commvault is not the experience that any employee should have.
As a growing global organization, we have HR partners located around the world so that every Vaulter has access to regional support. Since our beginning, people have been the center of our success. Without our talented teams, we would not be where we are today and continue to enjoy the success we do.
I am really sorry to hear that your comments about our product. I do find it surprising though, as for six years straight we have been recognized as the leader of The Gartner Magic Quadrant for Data Center Backup and Recovery Software. We also have a 98% satisfaction rate from our customers. While we are not perfect, all things would indicate that we are moving in the right direction.
I want to assure you that we listen to all our current and former employees’ feedback. This is one of the reasons that we offer various channels to share your thoughts with us.
