      Pros

      Good to learn in Agile environment (SDLC). Direct interaction with customers. Lots of new technologies to learn. Work from home facility.

      Cons

      SDLC is not great here. Need to improve software standards. Everything (Design, changes in existing feature and analysis part) will be decided from head office (US-NJ).
