- poor work climate and culture combined with a tense atmosphere; no work life balance; Any error is blown out of proportion; Bad work balance and people are overloaded; Constant fear of job loss no possibility of career advancement; one is kept in the dark like mushrooms; - Inadequate training - no praise and very poor appraisals; hire and fire (revolving doors); HR refuses to take any responsibilities and doesn't keep promises; no benefits - high turnover of staff - poor management giving conflicting information and new rules/regluations on a daily basis
