Pros

Really good work-life balance — depending on which team you're in, you're not expected to be “always on.” The company genuinely respects its employees, which creates a positive work culture. Perks and benefits are pretty solid. My team is amazing — super collaborative and supportive.

Cons

The work pace can feel a bit slow at times, depending on the project. India has traditionally been treated more like an offshore team, but that’s starting to change.
