      Pros

      Truly care about you as an individual. I don't feel like I'm just another number in the wheel of a corporate cog. I have never been treated by a company this well and felt this much appreciation until I joined CHG Healthcare.

      Cons

      The only con I have is compensation. I have not reached the compensation potential I strived for, and after 5 years it's safe to assume I won't.

      Easy payments, fast scheduling, great contact person Heather, no fuss locums scheduling

      Cons

      Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

      Pros

      Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

      Cons

      Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
