CompHealth has great customer service because they are still a small company. They do their best to do as much as they can for their traveling therapists

Cons

Since they are smaller sometimes it is harder to find jobs in an area you are wanting to work in

Spam messaging sometimes, sometimes lower end money offers

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
