Good company, I feel like they have, overall, good benefits.

Cons

Highly underpaid sales reps. Expect to only make approx. 5% of the total gross margin. To be successful you must put in extremely long hours and work a ton.

Pros

Remote, CHG has a great company culture, great place to start if you want to be a recruiter.

Cons

Base is low compared to other companies. Lots of potential for a lot of commission, however they hire a ton of recruiters which makes it hard. It feels like the managers just want you to dial the phonebook vs building your book.
