Pros

Great culture, relaxed, fun environment, work hard-play hard.

Cons

Travel as a TM was extensive. Covering 3 states minimum and have to attend all shows in area including state/regional. You sell a product you then have to install 3 days later. So if you are two states away you will be making that trip again shortly there after.

High base pay and travel within territory.

Cons

Took a chance working for companion would not recommend over other companies. Lived on the road. Set up for failure.
