I've been with the company for 10 years and currently serve as a Regional Marketing Manager, which I think speaks volumes on its own. Communication is clear and open, and there's a strong sense that leadership is accessible and truly listening. It's a place where you feel respected, valued, and motivated to do great work.

As with any growing organization, things can move quickly and change is ongoing. For people who prefer rigid structure or a very slow pace, that may take some adjustment.
