Pros

Amazing work/life balance and schedule flexibility.

Cons

The training is minimum, there is no follow up from managers to see how training is going or get feedback. There is no shadowing nor hands on training, all of it is virtual. You might get hired for one position but will change it without negotiating title, responsibilities, and/or salary. Overall it has been a terrible

Pros

Decent pay, stock bonus, remote work

Cons

Mandatory overtime is the norm, and management seems to care more about metrics than employee wellbeing or work-life balance. Employees are regularly expected to work late nights, weekends, and a minimum of eight overtime hours per week (essentially a sixth workday) just to keep up with volume. Instead of hiring enough staff, leadership continues to rely on the existing team, resulting in burnout and low morale.
