Pros
I got hired for minimum wage at their lowest position and was told to be grateful and stop being so sick from having cancer, so they have incentive!
Cons
After a month of applying, Jan 3rd, recruiter sent an interview time. I ended up having to call him, very upset, he asked why I called him. Until he looked back and realized, he was in the wrong. Talking about his wife and how much she loved the company for 45 minutes. After taking the assessment he ended up telling me that they were sending up to HireView to do video chatting. Three weeks later, I reminded him and he seemed to forget who I was. I called HireView and the job number for reference and my email/name was not in the system. It was for EVS Management position. I called my recruiter, who works from home, told me he moved my interview up to Operations Management. It’s been two weeks. I let him know that after going into remission that I was counting on this position, I just needed some peace of mind that I was in fact being hired on for operations manager. With his texts of “on it” or “working on it”, ignoring my phone calls, I called HR and Talent For review for hiring. I get transferred to two different people who for over a week, do not return calls. After being turned away for being “over qualified” for supervisor and management due to me serving in the Marines, I decided to cut myself short and apply to their lowest Housekeeping position. In which I got a call back. VA assisted in housing, but this company took their time with calling and giving me the run around. Long story short, I live in my truck. Working part time, lost my wife and children. With the management telling me that I am going to “love it here”. Making a third of what I made, debt up to my eye balls and no support and their insurance doesn’t kick in till three months to get a tumor in my stomach removed. Already threaten to lose my job if I keep throwing up and “being sick” all the time. But heck, I’m sure I’ll love it here.
