The work environment is excellent. there is an open door policy

CCCHC is a non profit organization

there is no good reason I can think of working at this place

terrible upper management, they don't respond to emails or any communications for that matter. No flow of information to operations. Unless you are Russian or Armenian, you are treated like a second class citizen, that is especially true for their customer base. It is truly sad.
