New leadership is really focused on the customer, the vision and putting the proper people in positions for future growth.
Cons
Very fast pace as the company that is growing even faster in a market they are positioned perfectly. I expect them to be the #1 software player in the entire space with in 12 months. The new Mobile platform is amazing.
