Executive Team doesn't have industry experience, knowledge or relationships (industry and legislative) to understand a complex, federal and state regulated market place. Product performance has been a major issue and stumbling block to company growth, meeting revenue targets and employee compensation and satisfaction. Development release dates are chronically missed causing both employee and customer frustration. Promises (both orally and contractually) have led to a negative impression in the marketplace, loss of good personnel, customer disatisfaction and loss of business as well as previous and future customer litigation.
