Pros
CMX genuinely cares about their employees and their clients. They have the best technology, and they go above and beyond to make their clients happy. Leadership has empowered employees to take ownership and make their own decisions, but they are always available to provide support when needed. When I started with CMX I thought it would be a stepping stone to get me where I wanted to go, but after getting to know their mission and values, I've come to really appreciate the company and don't plan on leaving anytime soon!
Cons
There are a lot of strong personalities that work there, so sometimes it can be hard to figure out the best way to work with all of the unique personalities.
