Pros
Most of the people are very nice and enjoyable to work with, but there are more than a few bad apples. Decent starting PTO/vacation totals of 3 weeks to start.
Cons
Neutral but potential con: numerous supporters of a certain previous president in executive positions 401K match is low. Compensation rates are barely at market rates. Raises are poor, yearly raises (3%) do not even come close to matching inflation, meanwhile, the top executives are cashing in big-time since the company's IPO (look at public compensation numbers). Hard to get a raise, even when your manager fights for you, the VP, director, or CF/O/IO will downgrade it. Not to mention, their subsidiary "Arculus" is being pumped with funds and had little to show for it 6months from the open date. Relevant due to low yearly raises. Management is losing touch with employees a lot of good employees have already left. Less and less autonomy every year, and more micromanagement, policies, and procedures coming down on office staff.
