Component Repair Technologies Response

Ever since CRT started in 1985, we pride ourselves on creating a family oriented atmosphere through the company’s policy of Trust and Fairness. Our greatest asset is our highly motivated and very talented work force. The work we perform is important and we play a crucial role in the safety of the flying public. Repairing turbine engine components for commercial aircraft can certainly be stressful at times; no two parts we see are the same, we are constantly in problem solving mode across the organization figuring out what repairs and repair processes we can and cannot perform on components. Often we are faced with the need to change our work scopes mid-stream and because we service so many customers around the world, their priorities change constantly. There are several ways that one could look at this picture. At CRT, our employees tend to look at these challenges and instead of becoming overwhelmed by the complexity they become excited and motivated to meet the challenge. This is what has allowed CRT to be a market leader in the component repair industry for decades.

Pros

The work we do is very important, therefore it is extremely rewarding and fulfilling. It takes a high level of technical intricacy to develop our repairs, and we are proud of that.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Pros

Meaningful work, skilled coworkers, solid benefits, and a strong technical environment with long-term career opportunity.

Cons

Demanding work, production pressure at times, and like any long-standing company there are changes and challenges to work through.
