Repairing turbine engine components for commercial aircraft can certainly be stressful at times; no two parts we see are the same, we are constantly in problem solving mode across the organization figuring out what repairs and repair processes we can and cannot perform on components. Often we are faced with the need to change our work scopes mid-stream and because we service so many customers around the world, their priorities change constantly. There are several ways that one could look at this picture.
