We hold our managers to a high level of performance and an even higher level of professionalism and conduct both “on” and “off-the-clock.” Any formal accusations of inappropriate behavior by any employee would be investigated and dealt with swiftly and justly. We are not sure what position you may have held or when you might have worked at CRT but, in either case, we are saddened that your experience has not been a positive one.
