Pros
The friendly environment helps me to be enthusiastic about my work. Sure its still work and is challenging, but getting to go work in a place that you actually want to be makes getting out of bed in the morning a little easier. The work relationships are what I look forward to.
Cons
As an engineer there are times you are put under a lot of stress and you have to learn how to deal with it and not let it effect your productivity or quality of work.
