Pros
Very competitive compensation, great benefits (especially for a startup), generous equity, interesting and engaging work. It's large enough to feel like an established company while still offering the dynamic and flexible nature of a startup. You won't be bored here.
Cons
As is perhaps expected in a smaller company a lot is expected of you: both in output and hours. People are understanding when you need time off, but when you're working you need to be working hard.
