Pros

Friendly work environment. Virtual office Flexible hours (Kind of)

Cons

Don't expect any promotions, raises, or increases of any kind except amount of work. Crazy, unobtainable, expectations. Expect to work on your own time some times, because you have to justify every minute you spend. (so, nope, can't stand around a cooler and chat with someone) Lousy benefits. No such thing called pension although I guess you'd be hard pressed to find a company that does these days. Extremely inefficient in many ways, yet expect perfect efficiency from you. Company re-org every other week(it seems). Due to it's none compete and client contracts, you may get stuck here. This company is OK with taking advantage of you, but not of you taking advantage of them. Example, they want you to use your home office and internet for business purposes, but when it comes to your business cell phone, they feel $40 stipend is fair. They make you haul around parts in your personal vehicle and only pay 43cents per mile which they nickel and dime you to the 1/10th of the mile. Oh and have the gull to say, well, it's your personal vehicle, you can take the parts out when you need it for personal use, yeah, that's realistic. So essentially, you pay for a company car, used solely for CompuCom business, only get reimbursed when it moves, oh and on top of that they deduct 15 miles per day and call it commute miles.

Pros

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Cons

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
