Pros
I worked in the staffing division of CompuCom (ITWS). My manager was great. He was a very hands off manager. He trusted the recruiters to get the job done. PTO was great, benefits were pretty good for the most part. Medical was a bit expensive for a family. Commissions were outstanding. I have yet to find another company that has as good of a commission plan as CompuCom. I had a very good experience with CompuCom and was sad it had to end.
Cons
Being a remote worker, I felt, at times, left out of the going ons at the office. Also, I didn't think there were many opportunities for advancement.
