Pros

They gave us free food when we moved to the new building.

Cons

* They're moving ALL of the tasks from US workers to Mexico/India. * Downsized the building and moved 16 miles north to an extremely busy area due to the desires of upper management (Directors and above) * Losing accounts left and right * Angering accounts that have been with the company for years due to incompetence * Laying off US Workers in favor of Mexico teams or bringing in contractors (not even bringing back the same US Workers as a contractor) * No raises/COLA provided to employees * Difficult to be promoted unless you suck up

Pros

Management is very nice, contract client was good

Cons

low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
