      Decent training, OK benefits, not much more!

      Cons

      Almost no chance for career advancement, NO raises, NO bonuses, very poor compensation for the amount of work expected.

      Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

      Cons

      No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
