Respect is a core value but is rarely used by managers, directors, VP's to respect the individual, internal processes are commonly ineffective and out of tune with the staff producing false outcomes, HR drives communication, coaching, mentoring and documenting but, they fail to follow their own preaching process, HR has no clue how to manage and assist with internal processes, they kick the can down the road and pass the buck, internal promotions are rare, though they brag about growth, to many manual approval processes, executives don't seem to live the sense of urgency statement. salary increases are extremely small and spread out by a measurement of years.
