      Pros

      Great employees that take ownership of their rolls and make for a great culture. Glad to see them under the OfficeDepot umbrella now.

      Cons

      Was under private equity when I was their and they did their best to turn everything into a number and kill the culture.

      Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

      Pros

      Management is very nice, contract client was good

      Cons

      low pay, benefits expensive and not very good. PTO was low. Benefits included paid holidays but my contract was at a university and a lot of holidays did not count, including Juneteenth and Martin Luther King day. Also had to use PTO during winter break, which ate up most of my PTO every year.
