Pros

I like the ability to work independently independently, fellow workers really great people, loved repairing equipment and loading software. Paid for certifications in it technology.

Cons

Managers treat you like you don't have enough intelligence to do the job properly. Not much chance for raises or advancement. Work-Life balance wasn't good because managers expected overtime with little notice. Tried to manage work by geographic locations instead of service level agreements. Extremely micro managed.

Solid. Honestly no complaints. But always continue to improve

Can include working in the warehouse which isn’t technical at all

Pros

Coworkers, exposure to different areas of IT, decent pay

Cons

No support from upper management, working with skeleton crews on multiple projects at once, 1-on-1s felt like a waste of time, annual raises were not competitive
